Football fanatics stop whatever you’re doing and head immediately to one of Marc’s favourite all-time destinations by way of the Copa Football store. Located opposite Central Station, this is THE place to head for the coolest football-inspired T-shirts on the planet. Founded in 1998 by a self-professed football addict, the brand’s collection (now available the world over) includes classic football jerseys, retro-inspired T-shirts, and artist designed tops including my favourite – The Moustache Dream Team shirt.
Whilst everything is available to buy online, there’s nothing like a visit to their cosy flagship store where you’ll be made to feel right at home with artificial grass, table football (obv), stadium seats, football films on repeat and even specially brewed COPA beer. Best of all given it is a shrine to all things football, why not take a moment to confess your football sins at the onsite chapel.
So, tear yourself away from an Ajax home game in the Amsterdam Arena, because no football-lovers Amsterdam trip is complete without a visit.
